Overview:
Dynamic BDC is seeking individuals to join our fast-growing team of Customer Service Representatives! Our representatives will assist nationwide automotive clients by conducting customer contact regarding pertinent manufacturer information and assist in scheduling service appointments.
What you’ll accomplish in a typical day:
- Providing customer service support via chat for automotive dealerships
- Responding to reviews on behalf of automotive clients
- Typing and following templates which provide pertinent information based on specifics established per campaign
- Providing information to the dealership sales team based on each customer’s contact
- Provide feedback for program improvements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Agent must have an understanding and be able to navigate through the corporate websites.
- Learn and stay current with the contact center procedures, product information and online resource tools
- Ability to provide good customer service including: effectively communicate to dealers, customers and corporate stakeholders to resolve customer issues in a timely matter.
- PC or Laptop
- 2nd monitor to connect to PC or laptop
- Stable, reliable internet connection
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work early morning and late evening shifts
- Excellent written communication. Our agents will be speaking to customers from all over the country, so excellent communication skills are paramount.
- Proficient use of technology, including computers and databases. Strong typing skills and website navigation skills. Representatives will need to competently and professionally use our customer service tools, scripts, and applications.
- Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.
- A positive, customer-first attitude at all times.
- Ability to problem solve in order to properly assist the customer.
