POSITION SUMMARY

The Blaster/Painter Helper is responsible for assisting other employees in a safe manner at the Fabrication facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist other employees by performing various duties or tasks

· Clean all blasting and painting equipment

· Ensure that water coolers are filled as needed

· Maintain clean working areas and practice good housekeeping

· Clean and return tools and equipment to proper place after use

· Obey and follow all safety rules and policies

· Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)

· Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· High School diploma or equivalent education

· Basic level written and verbal communication skills

· Must be reliable and have good time management skills

· For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen

· For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
