Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems.
- Set up computer hardware to support employee return to office plans
- Collaborate with onsite peers and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issues
- Manage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platform
- Implementing, maintaining and administering end user computer devices and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations
- Setting up, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining QC and manufacturing lab quality systems
- Using innovative methods and technologies to identify and solve problems related to performance, reliability and availability of systems
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing system security measures such as AV, backups and patching
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with guidelines
- Provide positive customer experiences when working with users
Required Skills
- 5 Plus years of Onsite Desktop Support experience
- ServiceNow experience
- O365 and Active Directory/Azure & Okta experience
- Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience
- Ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Customer Service Mentality
- Excellent oral communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience directly related to Biotech/Pharmaceutical industries
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, ticket management/documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
