POSITION TITLE: Operations Administrator
DEPARTMENT NAME: Operations
REPORTING TO TITLE: Operations Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Operations Administrator will be responsible for the recruitment administration for Independent Contract, DSPs and Indirect Drivers and operations administration including reporting. This role will support the operations team with new customers and location expansions and not restricted to established dedicated and on demand operations recruitment and operations needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Keep team members informed of daily activity.
· Ensure adherence to procedural and policy requirements.
· Ensure exceptional customer service is achieved by exceeding “service targets” and objectives.
· Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
· Reviewing customer daily recap/ replenishment schedule & reviewing inbound pick-up schedule and dispatch local calls
· In this role, your verbal and written communications are key to success. Daily checklists, huddles and responding to emails in a timely manner are required. Your participation in branch meetings to discuss and provide detailed information will be required as well.
· Work directly with Operations teams to ensure quick and efficient recruitment cycle time.
· Support day-to-day recruiting activities, following recruitment processes and acting as support to the Operations Manager.
· Work with third party administrators to completed collection of data required up to and including contacting Independent Contractors, DSPs and Indirect Drivers.
· On occasion screen, interview, analyze and compare experience to requirements for all branches assigned.
· Responsible for data management of contacts within tracking system.
· Operational reports and support to dispatchers and other operations team members.
· Other assigned duties.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma/GED – Bachelor’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3 years background in administration
· Strong administrative and organization skills
· Comprehension of State and Federal laws pertaining to recruitment
· Effective communication and management expertise.
· Meeting deadlines and makes decisions promptly and effectively communicate with others
· Proficient in Word and Microsoft Excel
· Exposure to a Tracking System preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Able to lift normal office supplies up to 15 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,745.00 - $52,182.00 per year
