Discount Drug Mart is looking for a Part-Time Operations Assistant to join our team! This candidate job responsibilities would be the following:
Job Responsibilities of an Operations Assistant:
- Receive phone calls from stores reporting repair and maintenance issues---then process service call in the maintenance connections repair log for needed service.
- Process utility bills for approval and payment
- Process all vendor/contractor invoicing for approval and payment
- Assist with property management issues--tenant relations
- Assist with lease administration-rent collections and processing
- Assist with any other operations or real estate matters needed
Office experience is preferred.
This position is 3 days a week 9:00am-4:00/5:00, M-W-F (but could be flexible if needed)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
