We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our operations and compliance team. The right candidate will be responsible for maintining efficient processes, solving complex problems, and managing ongoing projects and operational permits/certifications.

Please note, this is an in-person role. Our office is located in Lafayette, CA.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day operations by following various procedures related to city, county, and state requirments related to permits and compliance
  • Provide support to internal and external departments by communicating with managegment and providing updates for ongoing projects
  • Assist supervisor by following up on outstanding tasks and deadlines
  • Flag issues that require immediate attention
  • Maintain permits and other compliance related documents
  • Other duties as needed

Experience and core competencies:

  • 1-2 years of expereince as an operations coordinator or similar
  • Strong communicator - both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
  • Organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, working with paper/files, etc.
