Raytheon Intelligence & Space is seeking an Operations Engineer II to support the Trident Integrated Support Facility (ISF) located in Pittsfield, MA. This Operations Engineer (OE) will work within the Logistics and Production Control Team (LPC), under direction from the LPC Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), and provide technical support for the day to day activities of a depot level repair facility. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Inventory Control Support
The OE will be responsible for assessing consumption rates for ISF materials and developing appropriate stock levels. The OE will develop min, max, reorder quantities, and other information related to the Master Parts File based on historic data and forecasted production numbers.
The OE will be responsible for researching the history of guidance hardware in stores and updating the inventory system with accurate status to be used when selecting hardware for issue.
The OE will be responsible for inventory cycle counts and performing root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Logistics Support
The OE will be responsible for oversight and coordination of shipping and receiving activities. The OE will ensure customer requirements are met as well as assess shipping and receiving activities to develop improved processes with focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Process Improvement
The OE will be responsible for assessing ISF activities and working with the team to develop solutions which will improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, repair, or depot operation.
The candidate must have strong communication skills, written and oral, and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Required Education:
Bachelor or Associates degree. Experience in Manufacturing or Repair fields may be substituted for a degree if directly applicable to the Job Description.

Other Requirements (Clearance, travel):
SECRET - existing clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior
relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
