Operations Excellence Manager Job at Inalfa Roof Systems
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
- Carrying out activities that improve safety, quality, efficiency and productivity in the plant,
- Participating or running related projects,
- Ensuring that new processes incorporate and use a continuous improvement methodology,
- Operate and support the plant for continuous improvement and use appropriate continuous improvement tools to drive improvements in operations and production.
- Using a wide range of problem solving tools and methods, including statistics,
- Analysis of production/business processes, opportunities, constraints and process control requirements,
- Applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing to increase the productivity of the organization,
- Cooperation with other managers and employees in the field of Lean Manufacturing and establishing specific ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality,
- Responsibility for the energy result
- Participation in the Energy Management Team
- Compliance with health and safety and environmental protection rules
- Other instructions from superiors in accordance with the provisions of the labor law and the type of work specified in the employment contract
What Do We Expect From You:
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years in a production management position
