This role will support all lines of business to acquire, expand, retain and onboard business. This position will own the operational process for new client set-ups for transmissions, cash vault & lockbox, serving as the primary point of contact to internal (Operations, Technology, Product, KeyBank vendors) and external partners (client project teams, third-party vendors) to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation of services. This position will also serve as the backup to other lead transmissions support analysts and support all projects requiring transmissions including but not limited to specialty onboarding, testing, client training, system upgrades, and disaster recovery.
Specifically, this position is responsible for the onboarding, training and support for clients who sign up for transmissions as it relates to ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Check Outsourcing, Consolidated Payables, Commercial Card, Lockbox, Cash Vault, and other Treasury services. Analysts will be setting up clients within Key’s Treasury platforms (Key Navigator, Key Navigator Admin, Dovetail, PEP+, ARM/SMS, CCD) as well as third party applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Effective communication across all channels
- "Own" the request for new product set-up including defining scope, gathering requirements, completing backend system setup, and training clients concerning product usage and functionality while ensuring client satisfaction
- Work with both technical and non-technical client contacts in regards to connectivity, testing and troubleshooting transmission files
- Lead coordination of client meetings, internal meetings, and any other required collaboration
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of multiple Treasury Services products.
- Ability to onboard multiple Treasury products start to finish with no supervision including medium to high complexity
- Basic Business Analyst and Project Management skills to drive an implementation to completion.
- Proven record of successful customer interaction and support.
- Able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks at a time.
- Strong written and oral communication skills that are clear, concise, and can be communicated to leadership internally and externally with Key’s clients.
- Ability to determine, gather, and execute requirements based on client’s feedback for low complexity setups.
- Meet or exceed established SLAs for completing a client set up
- Deliver first class customer service to internal and external clients
- Take ownership of any and all issues and drive to resolution
MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS
- Product testing for enhancements or new releases
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of banking or cash management experience
- Strong understanding/knowledge of Treasury products and services
- Professionalism with excellent interpersonal and behavioral skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships
- Problem solving skills
- Technical communication fluency both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with an emphasis on ownership, accountability and committed follow through
- Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
- Proven record of successful customer interaction and support
- Proven superior client service skills
- Strong time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in a customer service environment or related activity
- Operational or technical experience
- Knowledge of Key’s Treasury platforms (Key Navigator, Key Navigator Admin, Dovetail, PEP+, ARM/SMS, CCD)
- Working knowledge of file transmissions
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $52000 to $75000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes
