Operations Manager

9/8 Central, an EMMY award-winning video production company in Greenville, SC, is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. The right candidate is the type of person who eats problems for breakfast: you're detail-oriented and unafraid to get things done. But you also have a big heart for people and inspiring them into action. You’re also familiar with the creative process and understand how to facilitate it. You won’t be holding a camera or writing content, but you’ll make sure the people who do those things have everything they need to get it done.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the COO to create and enforce critical operational processes, and acts as a filter for raising operational issues
• Manages producer team
• Manages new client onboarding processes
• Manages the flow of information to our accounting team and completes simple billing worksheets
• Efficiently runs client meetings and maintains note/record keeping systems
• Maintains project management system, including the creation of new projects and working with team leads to input critical project details
• Organizes new business meetings and serves as a potential new client’s first point of contact
• Directs client questions to appropriate team member
• Oversees company calendar, including booking studio space, internal and external meetings, and more
• Oversees and organizes all company events, like quarterly meetings, client/team care, and more
• Ensures office supplies are stocked
• Welcomes guests into our studio
• Assists with the employee onboarding process
• Point of contact for all vendors

Qualifications

• Team player with a passion for giving clients the very best experience possible
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in a project management, office management, or account executive role
• Agency experience preferred

Salary

$65,000 - $75,000
