- The position would report to ownership
- Provide updates and oversee department heads at two locations ( Carver & Harwich )
- Hold weekly workflow meetings to coordinate and synch workflow and production.
- Oversee Estimators and Project Coordinators - on pricing , submittals, and contract / project related tasks.
- Pay based on experience .
