COMPENSATION: $15-$18 per hour

Enchant is looking to fill this seasonal role with a start immediately through January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization.

WHO WE ARE:

We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Work with the Company Manager and Operations team to ensure the Enchant Christmas experience is superior on all levels.
• Conduct/Attend daily pre-shift meetings in conjunction with the Manager on Duty
• Be driven to take on tasks on a needed basis. (running reports, attending meetings and taking notes, updating paperwork, etc)
• Critical thinking to be part of the solution based decision making with the Operations team.
• Work in conjunction with the Operations team to provide support when necessary: everything from breaking an event staff member to greeting Media onsite.
• Represent Enchant Christmas in any guest experience situation and diffuse/report any incident to the Manager on Duty.
• Fill out a nightly report in conjunction with the Manager on Duty
• Remain in uniform at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team.
• Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• A minimum 1 years experience in Stage/Production management or Event coordinator experience or similar.
• Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
• Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
• Exceptional leadership skills, ability to build a high performing team and highly proficient communicator, to establish cooperative relationships with a variety of internal and external teams.
• You have the ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done. You have strong communication skills and can work as both a leader and a valued team member.
• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
• Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• A sincere desire to help create magical memories.
• Your own personal values are aligned with those of Enchant; Driven, Courageous, Sincere, Magical.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to move objects up to 40+lbs.
• Must be able to frequently walk, stand and sit.
• Occasionally ascends/descends over 6 feet ( Stairs/Ladders).

All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
