The team is comprised of experienced Financial Advisors, CFPs, and qualified planning and support staff. Among them, the President Evan R. Guido, a veteran with over 20 years in the financial industry and contributor to the Sarasota Herald Tribune, as well as a dynamic operations team. We believe in personal and professional growth while helping our team hone their craft. Our client profile are successful individuals and families ranging from ages 50-80.

The Career:
Requirements include a highly personable and polished presence.

You will be on varying teams of one or more Financial Advisors, assisting in the "on-boarding" process of bringing new clients into the Aksala Wealth Family. Aksala is a destination for clients seeking a boutique and concierge styled financial experience. We are here to provide impeccable , positive, efficient service. The job will be operational in function and will require critical thinking skills.

Activities include: Working with investment vendors, inventory, greeting clients, gifts, schedules, the face of customer service, transferring money, deposits, distributions, exceptional phone skills, and customer service interfacing. We need you to be the kind, thankful, helpful Aksala Specialist who will stop at nothing to make the "on-board" experience for the clients the sweetest it can be, all while being efficient, self starting, detail oriented, confidential, independent, and a team player who can take additional tasks when needed. You will prioritize incoming phones calls, emails, provide daily account updates, and other administrative tasks.

We host client events periodically, Marina Jacks Boat Cruise, Polo Fields, Cooking Classes, Top Golf etc for 40-100 people.

9:00 to 5:00 pm daily. Closed only on days the Stock Market is closed.

Qualifications:
- Additional consideration for those close to retail wealth management space, resort hospitality and operations backgrounds. Technology skills are a 110% must have.

- Redtail CRM, Fidelity Wealthscape, E-Money Planning, Envestnet Software.

-Ability to use common office equipment, Phone, Zoom, Copier, Microsoft suite, etc.

- Executive and corporately trained individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Sitting, standing and mobility about the office.
- An insatiable need to make things efficient for the client and advisors they serve.
