Under general supervision, performs general manufacturing tasks under relatively close supervision- Has thorough knowledge of production process, safety focus and critical quality issues. Adheres to HSE guidelines
- May act in a lead person role as directed
- Achieve maximum output of specification finished product
- Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations
- Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of a High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in processing plant which includes experience in plant operations
