The AEWS (Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems) Product Line within ECS (Electronic Combat Systems) Business Area has created the CAPE (Common AEWS Product Execution) organization to support AEWS Programs. Firetip, Paragon, NS-65, and other programs share leveraged product baselines that facilitate a unique approach to supporting Development, Procurement, Manufacturing and Test. AEWS has a solid portfolio of products and programs positioned for long term support and expanding the leveraged baseline products to new customers and platforms.

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Leading CAPE program level defect reduction teams and UPC reduction processes. Helping the program successfully meet UPC (Unit Production Cost) burn down projections, Optimizing Product flow.
- Cost Account Manager for Test IPT Wearables budgets and supporting Factory Wearables program execution.
- Provide support to factory capacity analysis & maintenance as the POC for factory industrial engineering team at the CAPE IPT level.
- Cost Account Manager for CAPE PPV/FAI program covering CAPE programs.
- Provide support to factory capacity analysis & maintenance as the POC for factory industrial engineering team at the CAPE IPT level.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, while partnering with key stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- You have experience related to defect reduction and Cost takeout resulting in UPC burndown.
- You have exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills.
- You have the ability to work both independently and as a member of team with initiative, creativity, and innovation.
- You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with program teams and cross-functionally.
- You have a high degree of ethics and strong core values.
- You are an experienced Cost Account Manager, with demonstrated experience in owning and managing Operations Cost Accounts, including but not limited to setting baselines, estimates to complete (ETC), estimates at completion (EAC).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience with regard to EVMS and Cost Account Management.
- Excellent program/project management skills.
- Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.

- Demonstrated experience with regard to defect & cost reduction processes/projects.
