Purpose:

Our Oracle Pricing Specialist is the Channels Oracle superuser for the Pricing and Order Management modules responsible for all aspects of product life cycle including launch and any updates through and including end of life. This individual participates in any projects related to Oracle Pricing and Order Management and provides subject matter expert (SME) support for other teams.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Architect and setup Oracle pricing module for new products for U.S. and Canada.
  • Implement pricing updates in accordance with defined Pricing Strategy.
  • Create and manage Customer Classes in Oracle
  • Research and resolve order issues from Order Management team..
  • Provide assistance for production support issues (eg. shipping errors, Autonomous System Number (ASN) issues, import errors).
  • Participate with cross-functional groups to resolve problems and develop solutions.
  • Provide ad hoc support to projects for which the resource is engaged for Online Charging Function (OCF) subject matter. expertise.
  • Respond to all internal audit requests (Sarbox / XMAC) as stipulated by PWC.


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Wilsonville Oracle system (SuperUser status preferred).
  • Familiarity with a wide range of Xerox systems and applications.
  • Effectively communicate and influence across multiple levels.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to details.
  • Familiarity with Channels selling model (Partners and Distributors).
  • Well-organized, good time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Independent worker with business maturity; operates effectively under minimal supervision.

  • Effective at managing multiple priorities in a high stress environment.
