HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER SELECTOR IN TAMPA, FL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Selector to join our client in Tampa, FL. This individual will be responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of products to meet company standards, or safety, security, sanitation, and productivity. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Thursday, 2nd shift
• Located in Tampa, FL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads freight in an efficient and safe manner
• Moves product to storage area with the proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
• Picks orders for shipment and assembles various types of merchandise to be shipped
• Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing loading, and shipment confirmation of customer orders
• Operates material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner, as required
• Checks and verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation- Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse
• Conducts operations in a manner promoting safety- Conducts sanitation functions as requested- Assists in physical inventories, as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift preferred
• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment
• Develop a good working knowledge of the product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and the safety regulations
• Ability to bend and twist to complete tasks
