SUMMARY:
dottob is looking for an (jr/sr) organic social media manager/associate/specialist/crackerjack/virtuoso/whisperer.

Responsibilities:
  • Make magic happen on IG/FB, Tiktok, Pinterest, Linkedin, and any other social media channels.
  • Create interesting and platform-relevant content.
Qualifications:
  • A 4-year degree.
  • Entry-level or newly-grads are okay, but we prefer someone who has familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude motivated to be the very best at what they do and don't do.
  • Excel at Excel.
  • Heaping amounts of creativity and analytical know-how - not anymore and not any less.
  • Knowledge of how to function of Later, Loomly, Planoly, Buffer, or some other social media planning software - this one is actually required.
  • Not afraid to be in front of the camera.
  • Needs to be in Los Angeles Area.

  • Hybrid remote/in-office.
  • Hours are in Pacific Time/Los Angeles Time.
  • Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
  • Unlimited vacation time.
  • Flexible work hours.
