This call center position plays an important and supportive role in helping customers stay on track throughout their publishing project and answers questions as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to current and new customers
- Meet and exceed expected daily call goal
- All other duties deemed necessary by management
Benefits:
· Flexible 8 hour shifts available M-F / 7am -5:30pm / No Weekends
· Paid Weekly / Weekly attendance Bonus & Overtime Opportunities
· $500 Training Bonus, plus $1.50 per hour for regular time and $2.25 for overtime accumulated through hours worked, paid at seasons end (typically end of May)

This is a seasonal position in our Topeka office. No travel required. Core flexible work hours available are 7:00 am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
