B. ABOUT THE ROLE



The Outbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for contacting customers with subscriptions pending renewal and assisting the customers in renewing their QuickBooks subscriptions. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and communicate with customers with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The goal of this position is to convert expiring subscriptions into new subscriptions/renewals. If you have excellent communication skills, can build strong customer relationships, and have an exemplary work ethic, we’d love to meet you!

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellence by:


  • Initiate outbound phone calls to existing customers

  • Utilizing multiple software systems to review customer history and process renewals

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to display soft skills while moving the call forward

  • Meeting or exceeding client-mandated timelines

  • Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards

  • Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge relevant to our business goals

  • Meet daily tasks through various forms and mediums of communication – written, verbal, and/or by phone


Expected Work Hours and Time Zone


You are expected to work 40 hours a week, Mondays to Fridays, during US business hours. You may also be expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.




Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be an Outbound Customer Service Representative?


Consider yourself highly qualified if you:


  • Minimum 2 years prior outbound call center experience

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers while managing multiple software systems

  • Accountable and results-driven

  • Critical thinker/problem solver

  • Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change

  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload

  • Ability to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environment

  • Proficient in the navigation of multiple computer applications

  • Ability to type more than 30 WPM
