Outbound Representative Job at Haven Behavioral Healthcare
We operate a series of Substance Abuse, Alcohol, and Mental Health facilities providing both inpatient and outpatient services.We are looking for care focused team members to expand our Admissions Outreach Team. Must be ambitious, career oriented and self-motivated. You will be reaching out to families and individuals in need of substance abuse, alcohol, and mental health treatment and help them find a solution.
Job Duties consist of:
- Prepare and present customized treatment solutions to the client and their families
Continuously follow up with clients and concerned loved ones seeking help Building relationships with people who are struggling and helping them overcome their addiction.
- Successfully facilitating the admission of a client from initial contact to time of admission.
- Checking in with past clients and their families and offer continued support
- Adhering to specific Quality Assurance and Compliance guidelines including but not limited to disclosing detailed financial responsibility and network status.
