- CRMA pay starting at $19.50/hour with $1 overnight differential, non-CRMA pay starting at $19 an hour with $1 overnight differential
- Weekly paychecks
- Overnight differential
- 12-hour shifts – and three-day work weeks-4 days off!
- Housemate-to-care partner ratio of 4:1 (days) and 6:1 (nights)
- Free, home-cooked meals during every shift
- Paid CRMA certification opportunities – with corresponding pay increases upon certification
