The Springs Living Happy Valley is seeking Caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are seeking caring, compassionate individuals who have a heart for seniors and for taking care of others.

• 10 PM - 6:30 AM *$1/hr pay differential - higher wage for overnight hours!
• Full-Time or Part-Time schedules available
• Full-Time shifts are on a consistent rotation 4 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on...etc. Please inquire about other scheduling options if you have questions.

Caregivers are responsible for assisting residents with their daily routines, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or eat. Our overnight shifts watch over our residents duirng the night ensuring they remain safe and comfortable throughout assisting as needed or as outlined in their care plans. You’ll be part of a team that works together to provide quality care. Our excellent staff-to-resident ratio ensures that each caregiver's assignments are balanced.

If you are reliable, competent, and have leadership potential, you can apply for our medication technician training (when we have an open position). This training is in-house training and we will support you if you want to become state-certified. With each change in status, your pay increases! You will see an additional $1/hr once trained.

• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn
• We are looking for individuals with a caring heart to provide care to our treasured residents
• If you are new to the field of health services, we provide all the training necessary to be successful
