THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Full-Time Overnight Hospitality Associate to join our ground team. Our Hospitality Associates support our Market Lead by greeting our guests upon arrival, oversee the check-in process, assist with luggage, and ensure our guests love their experience while staying at Mint House.

Full-time swing position consisting of two overnight & three morning/evening shifts.

AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL

• Serve as a helpful resource in the field to troubleshoot guest issues in real-time and any guest maintenance concerns
• Execute unit departure and arrival inspections to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards
• Assist with unit upkeep, inventory management, and work with the team on ad-hoc projects
• Master our software to assist the guest stay

• 1+ year of guest service or hospitality experience
• You are willing to work a flexible schedule and support the team
