 JOB 
 DESCRIPTION: 
This is a 12-month, non-exempt, full-time position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: general floor maintenance 
 such as mopping, dust, sweeping, scrubbing, spray buffing, stripping and refinishing floors, vacuuming all carpeted floors, 
 floor machine operation, maintaining sanitary classrooms and dormitory areas (tables, desks, chairs, chalk boards, trash), 
 and disinfecting toilet and shower rooms including faucets, mirrors, window sills, attends to corridors, hallways, lobbies, 
 other common areas, keeping furniture clean and orderly, assists with setting up rooms for meetings and school 
 functions, recycling per school program, shoveling and salting snow and ice, plowing snow, unloading trucks, washing 
 Walls, etc.
 
 
 MINIMUM 
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for the position. Must have skills and general experience in construction 
 projects and maintenance. Valid driver’s license is required.
 
 
 SIGNING REQUIREMENTS: 
The Sign Language Proficiency Interview for the position is “Survival.” The minimum level accepted at 
 hire is “No Functional Skills.”
 
 
 CLEARANCES REQUIRED: 
PA Criminal Background, PA Child Abuse, and FBI Clearance required. A physical, drug screen and TB is required prior 
 to beginning employment
