Summary: This individual is responsible for accurately placing finished product in the pack out coolers for the route drivers.

Primary duties:

• Ensure finished products and market foods are placed in pack out cooler for route drivers.
• Use computer tablet for placing all food in specific bin locations accurately.
• Place dining center food
• Assist with picking fresh food order, daily
• Track all bring back waste
• Track all haccp end temperatures
• Help place all Pepi bulk orders
• Assist in attaching appropriate label to food.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
• Report any equipment, product, or packaging issues/problems to management immediately.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Follow all Pepi sanitation and haccp policy and procedures.
• Regular and timely attendance.

Secondary Duties:

• Attend all meetings and seminars required by the Company.
• All other duties as assigned or required

• Working in pack out cooler at temperatures less than 36 degrees (+80%) of the time.

Experience:

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.

Other Skills/Ability:

• Open and flexible schedule to include nights and weekends. Able to obtain ServSafe certification.
