We are seeking qualified candidates for a 2nd shift packer operator at our plant in Shipshewana, IN. Hours are 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This full time 2nd shift position will operate various equipment to sack animal feed, ensuring the proper bags and tag are utilized. This includes liquid addition, bin gates, sacking scale, bag hanger, sewing machine, and conveyors.

Qualified applicants must be committed to work in safe manner, be able to read and follow procedures, complete required paperwork and have good computer and math skills. Physical requirements include ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., work in natural climate conditions, climb ladders and be physically active throughout the shift. A mechanical background or prior maintenance experience would be a plus. A pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check will be required.
