What you'll be doing:

• Will be responsible for managing our various brand’s paid social, paid search and SEO accounts.
• Will be responsible for working with our various ad agencies to monitoring performance, effectiveness and provide direction.
• Drafting and testing ideas to improve marketing campaign performance.
• Analyze data for performance optimizations
• Identify customer behaviors and drive performance with that information.
• Collaborating with our marketing team and other marketing professionals in our industry to grow and maintain our brand.

Requirements:

• Must have experience being an account director for multiple accounts at a reputable ad agency for a minimum of two years.
• Two to six year of experience running paid social advertising and paid search advertising is required.
• Experience with trends in the industry is a plus but not required.
• Creating content and projects that will reach our customer base – preferred experience but not required.
• Key metrics that performance should be based off of include CVR, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Impression Share.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Full Time
