Requirements of the Paint Section Manager
- Knowledge of the specifics of the paint industry
- Experience in painting processes using liquid paint
- Knowledge of the requirements of the automotive industry for painted parts
- Experience in managing a team of process engineers
- Knowledge of the market of paints and / or industrial chemicals suppliers

Responsibilities of the Paint Section Manager
- Supervise the activities which are carried out in the area in order to reach the objective defined each year for manufacturing areas (Automated Paint Line).
- Monitor the effective fulfilment of the manufacturing programs and define and the implementation of action plans in order to fix the problems which can affect the section
- Encourage and motivate the team under his supervision to achieve the production objectives. Watch over the fulfilment of the production and quality policy standards.
- Guarantee the fulfilment of the Labour Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures in the section under its responsibility.
