Elite Compliance Services is a professional parking enforcement/management company that enforces parking rules & regulations on private property. We immobilize (boot) vehicles that park illegally on private property and charge the violator a removal fee (fine) to remove the immobilization device. What is the Immobilization Process?
A vehicle immobilization device, also known as a “boot”, is a wheel clamp that can be easily applied and removed by a parking enforcement technician. When a vehicle is immobilized, the technician will also apply an orange sticker to the driver side window to alert the vehicle owner that it has been immobilized. The Elite Compliance Services 24-hour call center phone number is located on the orange sticker. When the violator calls our number, the call service operator will dispatch a technician to the location to remove the boot after the designated removal fee has been paid.
