We are currently paying a $250 bonus for new hires*

We are seeking Pan and Broom Sweepers to work 30-40 hours a week, shifts vary between night and day per individual site needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Sweeps, blows, and collects debris and refuse from parking areas, sidewalks, and curb lines
  
  • Picks up trash and debris
  • Empties wastebaskets as required
  • Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Reporting graffiti and large debris hauling
• Use of company vehicle to drive designated route to various sites

No prior experience or training.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

• Bonus terms

• Payouts will occur in installments:
• $100.00 paid second pay period of employment
• $150.00 paid in pay period after 120 days of employment
• Must be employed with CAM at the time of payout.
• There is a one-year payback clause if your employment is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily) prior to your first-year anniversary.
