Richter LTPAC Performance Advisor has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant.
Richter is a privately owned and operated company that has been specializing in RCM accounting and clinical/financial consulting for our clients for over twenty years! Richter Healthcare Consulting is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join us in providing care, innovations, and results to every client experience!
Job Responsibilities
The role’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative and organizational support for the firm at our Twinsburg office.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Performs clerical functions i.e.: correspondence, answering office calls, and schedules meetings
- Processes and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports
- Completes mailings, supply orders, and employee engagements within the required timeframe
- Facilitates new employee onboarding as it pertains to office equipment usage, security, and supplies
- Completes travel arrangements to include accommodations, transportation, and prepared itinerary
- Assists with access as it pertains to property management
- Maintains and accounts for all business supplies, office equipment, and postage
- Collaborates and assists HR in employee relations activities
- Provides clerical services as needed for management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
- High School Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of recent progressive experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must possess strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Must have the ability to make independent decisions and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately with team members, staff, residents, facilities, and outside agencies.
Requiments
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, including neck rotation and sitting for long periods of time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
