Gilchrist County Animal Control has a position open for a Part-Time Animal Control Assistant. Position will pay $13.50 per hour and will offer Florida Retirement benefits. This position will work up to 25 hours per week under the supervision of the Animal Control Officer. Graduation from high school or one year of experience in animal control, veterinary medicine, or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. A valid Florida Driver License and a satisfactory driving record. Must work well with the public and have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
