Our Dyersville office is continuing to grow! We are currently adding PT Client Service Representatives and have several scheduling options available. All are Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You will be talking with clients that need to change their insurance coverage, making the changes in the system, and generating certificates of coverage. You don't need prior insurance experience- we can teach you that part! The people that are successful in this role have demonstrated an ability to manage time and multitask. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are also very important. This is a busy position- you will definitely not be bored.
