Blue Lakes is on the hunt for Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, part-time from 4p-7p, Monday through Friday at our NEW location in Jackson, MI!

ABA Technician Primary Responsibilities:

• You will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children
• You will follow treatment protocols listed in the client behavior plan and skill acquisition program
• You will collect program data throughout session
• You will provide 1:1 teaching to clients based on the plan provided from BCBA
• You will utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients
• You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
