Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Front Desk care coordinator (Monday through Thursday, 9:00 to 3:00) to support our Dover medical office.
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule patient appointment.
- Checking patients out and scheduling follow up appointments and tests
Requirements of the Job
Candidate must have a stable work history, good work ethic and a positive attitude. Must be flexible and a team player and be able to provide 3 professional references.
- Must be Covid-19 vaccinated, including the Booster
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in a medical practice
- Learn computer software programs
- Ability to work quickly/ well under pressure in unexpected situations
- Repeat activities according to a routine procedure
- Adapt to changes with ease
- Perform variety of duties which may change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
