Our Cloquet, MN site is hiring immediately for a Part Time LPN.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for:
Reviewing messages and communicating daily through R-Task
Observing, tending to and documenting residents health needs
Processing MD orders completely and accurately
Ordering medications
Communicating with RN Director regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concerns
Performing resident treatments and care plans as ordered and documenting
Reviewing appointments, writing referrals and setting up rides
Ensure the staff is performing safe practices
Assure cleanliness of the building
Ensuring locks are in working order on the medicine cabinet, and medications are stored properly
Ensuring supply needs are met and ordering when needed
Completing incident reports as needed
Giving tours
Reviewing Charts

Qualifications:
Graduate from approved LPN program
Possess a valid Minnesota LPN License
Minimum of 1 year experience
Must pass Mantoux/Tuberculosis test
Strong work ethic
Must thrive in a team work setting
Previous experience is preferred but not required

Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Must be able to work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanor
Must possess good listening, verbal and written communication skills
Positive work attitude
