Gilbert Inc. (Contracted with FedEx Ground and Home Delivery)

Gilbert Inc. has been contracted with FedEx for 15 years. We service the majority of NE Minnesota, Iron Range, Duluth/Superior, and NW Wisconsin. We are in search of motivated, reliable, and professional individuals that are capable in performing the duties listed below.

Job Summary-

• Routes will be Mondays, Saturdays and flexible days as additional help is needed throughout the week (Mondays - Saturdays) when shifts are available.
• Ideal candidates will need to commit to a full days worth of work - if you have a few days off during the week from another job and are looking for something else to fill your week - this could possibly be an ideal position for you! We do not have any positions available that would be less than an 8-10 hour day.
• Routes ranging from 50 - 120 stops per day depending on area
• Routes ranging from 50 - 300 miles per day depending on area
• Home every night
• Must be committed to safe driving practices
• Must be able to lift 70 LBS. Hand carts provided for heavier packages
• Max package weight 150 LBS
• Must be able to commit to scheduled pick up windows

Requirements-

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class D license minimum
• 1 year with in the last 3 years of verifiable driving experience is highly preferred especially for a part-time position.

(i.e. Taxi, pizza delivery, parts delivery, etc.)

• Please note: you may need to work more than 2 days a week to start out and finish the required training days/hours)
• Must pass a drug screening and a criminal background check. (All applicants must be clear of any prior drug/alcohol/criminal offenses on their records)
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
• No more than 2 moving violations with in past year.

Salary: $175.00 /day

*Full-time routes also available
