Overview:
Jimmy Choo is recruiting Part-time Seasonal Runners to join our teams for the 2022 holiday season. As a Runner, you will support the sales team, drive an efficient and seamless sales floor, and maintain the organization and efficiency of the back of house. We are searching for individuals with the task flexibility and adaptive nature to succeed in this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as a door greeter and manage queue
- Run product from back-of-house to sales floor
- Support the sales team by: maintaining stock, replenishing the sales floor, and maintaining VM standards
- Maintain organization in back-of-house to upkeep standards of efficiency as needed
- Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates
- Confidently answer questions and give advice to customers as needed
- Act as a Jimmy Choo ambassador through excellent customer service
