This Partner Success Manager is responsible for providing support to school partners as they utilize FACTS Ed Services. This includes onboarding school partners, implementing services, training on request platforms, assisting in the tracking and managing of school spending reports, and providing day-to-day assistance for school partners, as needed, to ensure the success of all services provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engage with school partners via email and phone to respond to requests, resolve issues, and answer questions.
2. Host training calls to familiarize partners with the request platform, best practices, and address any partner questions.
3. Manage accounts through full partner lifecycle from acquisition to contract completion.
4. Create knowledge-based articles to ensure up-to-date information is available both internally and to partners.
5. Document and track request histories, issues and actionable steps taken.
6. Consolidate partner feedback and communicate process enhancement recommendations to rest of team.
7. Identify and incorporate partner success trends into processes.
8. Create partner resources such as tutorial videos and articles.
9. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve both technical and functional problems

Salary Range is $40,000-$45,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (four-year degree BA or BS).
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with private / non-public schools.

6. Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications, Web Forms, and the Internet.
7. Ability to effectively instruct partners in processes / procedures.
8. Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.
9. Strong initiative and self-motivation to get tasks and objectives completed without supervision.
10. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively lead change.
11. Ability to work without supervision.
12. Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize effectively.
13. Positive, can-do attitude.
