Job Description
Fabletics is looking for a Partnerships Assistant.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Partnerships Assistant, you will support key initiatives and launches through the execution of strategic brand partnerships. The right candidate must be a team player with exceptional organizational skills who can prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Partnerships Director and partner closely with all cross-functional Marketing teams (social media, content, paid media, creative, etc.).
What you can bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in communications, marketing or public relations preferred
  • 1 year of full-time experience in PR, marketing or influencer relations and/or 2 years of internship experience
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent organization and project management skills
  • Solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects at a time and quickly pivot based on brand needs
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong knowledge of the health and fitness industry as well as understanding of fitness, fashion and social media trends
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and understanding of social media platforms
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
What you will do:
  • Participate in the day-to-day management of our multi-tiered partnership/influencer programs to support company goals and brand storytelling
  • Identify and onboard new influencer partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Track and analyze all influencer program deliverables, data and KPIs
  • Create content calendars and directional collateral for influencers to help them fulfill contractual obligations
  • Coordinate monthly product seeding
  • Maintain and update influencer management platforms
  • Monitor social media accounts for potential influencer partners
  • Research and outreach to potential brand partners in a variety of industries
  • Share creative content ideas and inspiration with internal team and partners
  • Know what’s going on in the industry and what our competitors are doing; collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen our partnership programs
  • Event and brand activation support (planning and logistics)

The annual base salary range for this position is from $41,400 to $54,600. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
