As Leedstone continues to grow, we are actively seeking to add a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Parts Associate to our Equipment Team in Melrose, MN. This individual will assist customers and team members with their parts needs and assist with purchasing, receiving, and staging of parts for jobs, verifying inventory, and administering manufacturer warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides exceptional customer service to our customers for their parts needs both in person, by email, and over the phone.

· Maintains extensive knowledge of equipment parts and products, as well as department processes.

· Assists with communicating and coordinating materials needed for installation and service operations.

· Assists with managing and maintaining inventory levels on all incoming and outgoing parts.

· Receives parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them, as well as communicates with customers and team members appropriately when parts have arrived.

· Assists with administering manufacturer warranty processes.

· Collects and maintains appropriate paperwork and confirms accuracy.

· Assists with ensuring inventory is organized and accounted for and accurate at all times.

· Establishes and maintains good working relationships with team members across all locations.

· Successfully multi-tasks and safely and accurately performs duties in a fast-paced environment.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of 1 year previous experience in similar role preferred.

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Understanding and knowledge of dairy equipment and supplies a plus.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Proficient with various computer programs and software.

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
