The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role
  • Provide customer support to after-market parts sales. This may include entering part orders, return authorizations, returns, warranty requests, tracking parts through the warehouse or carrier, and/or general research requests via phone, email, or fax.
  • Follow-up with customers to provide status, feedback regarding return authorizations, part orders, recommended spare part lists, restricted or obsolete parts, or parts research.
  • Weekly internal follow-up on orders entered to verify on target ship dates and advise customer if needed
  • Most of the workday is spent sitting and working with SAP, Salesforce, and Outlook programs in regard to parts orders.
  • Attention to detail, dependability and general ability to follow-up is essential.
  • Providing a positive experience for each customer is important.
  • Performs important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting complex, less clearly defined issues.
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training or certification preferred.
  • 1 to 5 years of parts sales experience required.
  • Salesforce and SAP knowledge is critical as well as an overall understanding of how our Dematic logistics functions within the Customer Service team.
