Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Parts Delivery Driver to join our Perrysburg team! As a Parts Delivery Driver you will be responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership. If you are an excellent driver, can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, and are able to provide great customer service then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Pick-up and deliver parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors while maintaining a professional appearance of the company
• Follow-up with customers to see if additional parts or services are needed
• Coordinate last minute pick-ups or deliveries with parts counter representatives or the shipping and receiving department
• Verify invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up
• Keep an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups
• Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of every shift
• Responsible for basic maintenance of appointed company delivery van including gas fill-ups, monitor fluid levels, keeping clean internally, and advise management of needed maintenance and major repairs
• Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related experience and/or training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Good time management with demonstrated ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70lbs
• Valid driver’s license and the able to meet insurability requirements
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
