Berman Truck Group a Freightliner & Western Star dealership, has an opening for a Parts
Specialist. This individual will work with the Parts Managers and branches, will have responsibility for daily communication in the Parts Department. The position will work with the parts team to grow the department and make the necessary decisions to maintain a profitable parts department.
PARTS SUPPORT & COORDINATOR - job tasks
- Price tapes - loading for each branch
- Price tapes - core values (update each branch)
- Market basket price tapes - loading
- Part number setup - coding, superseding, source updating and RIM PRO coding
- Customer price code/discounts - setup, managed
- BIN location setup – less than 48 hours upon receiving
- Cycle count inventory – schedule, perform, audit, inventory adjustment
- Excess & Slow-moving inventory – manage eligibility, schedule return
- DTNA - Pinnacle credits matched, Pinnacle disputes (reconciled)
- Sponsored rebate programs - credits match discounted dollar
- Core credits - matched & reconciled, purchase order to close
- CORE credit: like-for-like CORE, condition of CORE, graded or sent out for grading
- Parts Warranty – ensure accurate and timely paperwork and processing (OTC warranty > Procede invoicing > part dispositioned)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
