Essential Functions:
- Build and foster supportive relationships with campuses and other ministries
- Gather and distribute pastoral care information as needed to campus staff, deacons and volunteers
- Plan, coordinate and host on-campus funerals
- Recruit ministers to officiate funeral services
- Manage multiple channels of incoming communication
- Maintain a hospital, nursing home and homebound visitation database
- Maintain a schedule of serving for staff, deacons and volunteers
- Generate and distribute grief notes sent by ministers to members who have lost a loved one
- Coordinate sending flowers to funeral homes
- Oversee 12-Hour prayer line ministry
- Develop new systems and improve current systems to enhance the operations of the ministry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Church ministry experience required
