Patient Account Coordinator Job at Blanchard Valley Medical Associates
The Patient Account Coordinator utilizes Microsoft Excel and practice software platforms to perform daily functions related to patient account management.
Requirements include a strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel functions, solid mathematical skills for reconciling accounts, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, the ability to work independently, and being self-driven to meet deadlines and expectations.
Helpful (but not required) experience or knowledge includes medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, knowledge of managed care benefits, commercial insurance benefits, managed care claim processing, billing, and accounts receivable practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
