We are a busy private practice audiology clinic seeking an outgoing person to become part of our team to manage the front desk of our office.
The patient care coordinator is the face of excellent customer service and care. In charge of numerous tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering patient questions, collecting and posting payments, accurate data entry, keeping the front desk organized, and ensuring day to day operations flow smoothly.
Our office consists of one audiologist and three hearing instrument specialists. We are looking for a new team member and not simply an employee, reliability and willingness to work are very important to us. We are dedicated to serving our community and helping our patients. Our office prides itself in exceptional customer service, and as such, a strong work ethic is required.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience in a medical office preferred.
- Professional, friendly and caring customer service skills to ensure patients feel welcome and comfortable.
- Responds to feedback and incorporates feedback productively.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, both in and out of the clinic.
- Successfully balance administrative responsibilities and exceptional patient care.
- Computer skills and communication skills are a must.
- Full time position.
Working Conditions:
- Office setting with hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- No evenings, no weekends!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
