Patient Care Coordinator
A Patient Care Coordinator is instrumental in connecting patients with life saving treatments! Our mission is to help patients take back their life through our psychiatric services including medication management, Ketamine infusions, and TMS. This position supports patients who are calling in and needing help over the phone. If you want a fulfilling job and like talking to people, this is for you!

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Respond to patients via phone and email.
  • Connect with and provide a positive experience for patients.
  • Educate patients on various treatment options our Healthcare company provides and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Record patient information into our system.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Proven experience in a contact center or customer support via telephone.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable in difficult situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
