Our Patient Care Coordinators are focused on ensuring patients are educated and receive treatment with professional customer care. As a coordinator, you will be calling patients reminding them of their appointments, verifying benefits, conducting adherence calls, and supporting patients through their journey for success with Apos. This position has much upward mobility within the company as we continue to grow substantially each year.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Use an EMR to identify, call, educate, schedule, and confirm patients for treatment
- Perform verification of benefits calls
- Manage schedule of patients across multiple clinics
- Serve as point of contact for Account Manager, physicians, and other administrative staff in day-to-day operations
- Speak with patients in Spanish and translate for clinicians during treatment
- Input and record all patient communication in a CRM system
- Suggested hours are 10am – 6pm EST
Helpful Experience/Abilities
- Fluent in Spanish
- Any experience dealing with difficult customers and working hard to provide top-level customer care
- Outgoing personality and high sales drive
- Desire to work daily managing patients and seeing their pain alleviated, including making outbound sales calls
- Empathetic and approachable personality with a desire to help patients
- Sales mentality to guide patients toward treatment
- Strong written and verbal communication ability, organizational skills, quick learning, and the initiative to work independently
